After you complete your PayPal transaction, please send us this FORM with your selections.
This helps us to tailor the schedule, food and accommodations to best meet the needs of all attendees.



Housing:  Double Occupancy (shared room in shared cottage): $175 Includes meals Saturday and Sunday Couples should select this option twice
